Sukha Yoga Austin Meditation Teacher Training in person or online
Dates: Feb 21-22< Mar 7-8, April 11-12, 25-26, May 23-24, June 6-7

This course can be a stand alone journey or as a foundation to completing your advanced training.

It’s a deeply transformational experience designed for seekers, teachers, therapists, creatives, and anyone ready to explore meditation as a life practice, not just a technique. Whether your intention is personal, professional, or both, this course is an invitation to live with more clarity, compassion, and courage.
What You’ll Learn & Practice
- Core Buddhist Meditation Forms: Loving-Kindness (Metta), Compassion, Appreciative Joy, Equanimity, Shamatha (Calm Abiding), Tonglen and Exploring Impermanence
- Breathwork & Kundalini Foundations: Tools to modulate your nervous system and elevate awareness, through both energizing and down regulating practices.
- Subtle Body Anatomy: The energetic maps of yoga as metaphor and experiential understanding about personal and universal energy
- Bhakti, Mantra & Sound: Devotional practices for opening the heart and shifting emotional and mental states
- Neuroscience & Meditation: Understand how meditation, breathwork and mantra transforms the brain and body
- Buddhist Wisdom: Grounding philosophy and ethics drawn from Erinn’s training under Pema Chödrön-
Practice Teaching & Peer Facilitation: Share what you love in small and large group settings

Course Structure
We meet one weekend per month for in-depth training: Book discussions, reflection, and peer group work. Extended practices, lecture, group dialogue, and joyful integrationIn Between Weekends:- 2 additional classes/month at Sukha (in-studio or livestream)- 1 hour/week of personal practice, reading, and reflection- Optional 40-day meditations with peer support
Bonus Certification Requirements (200-Hour)
- 40 meditation or breath-based classes with Mark or Erinn (in-studio or livestream)- These can be taken during or after the training- Includes Dharma Talks, Nervous System Reset, and Breathwork classes

Tuition & Scholarships
Early Rate
Pay in Full by Nov 30 $2850.
Split Option: $1500 now / $1500 by April 1.
Payment Plan: $600 deposit + 5 monthly payments ($3300 total)
Scholarships: $100- $800 available. Email namaste@sukhayogaaustin.com with subject “Meditation TT Scholarship” include a short introduction to request amount.
Sliding Scale Memberships for trainees: $99–$110/month during training
Refund Policy Your investment in this training supports not just your growth, but future students through our scholarship fund and our community and family’s sustainability. We do not offer refunds. However, if unexpected life events arise, we will meet with you to co-create a compassionate plan, such as deferral, future credit, or alternate completion.
